Shipping is provided via Fedex. Fedex is not able to deliver to PO Box addresses. We will only ship within the contiguous United States.

Undeliverable packages, including refused shipments and packages that have failed delivery, will be returned to Dr. Memar and assessed a $20 Non-Delivery fee. The Non-Delivery fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout, and will be subtracted from any refund.

At DrMemar.com, our aim is to make sure that you enjoy our products.
We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and making sure that each customer is happy. Every item is fully inspected before shipping. This is our guarantee to you.
We do request that you double check your order before completing your order. If you discover an error after placing your order, we will do our best to change or cancel the order. We require that you contact us within 2 hours of order placement as orders are shipped out very quickly. Once the order has been shipped, we do not have the ability to cancel or alter your order.
A refund for the purchase price or an exchange will be granted only if the UNOPENED item is returned within 10 business days and accompanied by a receipt will be refunded in full. We reserve the right to make that determination.
Refunds are issued by the same method as originally paid. The credit card used to purchase the item(s) being returned, will be credited for the price you paid for the merchandise; plus sales tax (if applicable). Once we receive your returned shipment and confirm its condition, a credit will be issued to your credit card. The credit can take 1 or 2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement.
If it is determined that you received the wrong item due to a shipping error, we will refund the return shipping costs and will be responsible for the shipping cost incurred to correct our mistake.
No items will be accepted for return or exchange after 10 business days.
For an exchange, the item must first be returned before the exchange item can be sent.
Please put the provided Return Authorization Number on the outside of the return package. All returns and exchanges must have a Return Authorization Number. Packages without a Return Authorization Number will be returned to sender at the sender’s expense. All returns should also include a copy of the invoice so that we may process your return without delay.
Returns can be shipped via any method that you prefer: USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Ship your return or exchange wisely as Dr. Memar cannot be held liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. For your own protection, we suggest that you insure your package before shipping and use a traceable shipping method.
